    This Christmas, our Support Line will be open the following hours:


    Saturday 23rd December - 11am – 5pm

    Sunday 24th December - Closed

    Monday 25th December - 10am – 2pm

    Tuesday 26th December - 10am – 4pm

    Wednesday 27th December - 8am – 6pm

    Thursday 28th December - 8am – 6pm

    Friday 29th December - 8am – 6pm

    Saturday 30th December - 11am – 5pm

    Sunday 31st December - Closed

    Monday 1st January - 10am – 2pm

    Tuesday 2nd January - 8am – 6pm

    Wednesday 3rd January - 8am – 6pm

    We are aware that this time of year can be difficult for a number of reasons. We are here throughout the festive period to provide support and a listening ear to anyone who needs it.

    If anyone has any tips on coping at Christmas, please feel free to share them with us and others here on the Community.

    However you decide to spend this Christmas, take some time to be kind to yourself.

    What would David, one of our Support Line Officers say to people living with terminal illness or struggling with bereavement at this time of year?


    David said: 'It isn't always an easy thing to do, picking up the phone and having a conversation. But if you feel alone or are struggling, we're there to listen to and support you. You can call us as often as you need to, and for as long as you need to. Or if you're not up to a phone call, you can use the online chat through our website which some people find easier or post here on our Online Community. We're here to support you.'
