So my has heart failure. Mostly do to heavy drinking. She refuses to stop drinking or do most of the treatments. I'm lost and confused.. she's In pain most of the time. And all symptoms point to close to the end of life. I hate seeing her on pain. I've tried everything I could .. I guess I just need someone to talk to.

I'm sorry to hear about all you are going through. It can be hard trying to support someone who may be refusing treatment or not looking after themselves they way we would like them to.
Seeing someone we care about in pain can be hard also. It sounds like you have tried to support them as best as you can. If you are concerned about the pain, it may be worth making their GP or a District Nurse aware.
