I am sorry to read about the recent death of your partner and how lost you are feeling without her. It is very normal in the early stages of grief to not believe it is real. Grief is a very personal experience and is not the same for any two people, there are no right or wrong ways to cope. It can be important to express your thoughts and feelings; many people tell us that is helpful to share them. Hopefully others on the community will comment and share the things that helped them with you.
Please feel free to use this space to express your thoughts or if you would like to talk to us then the Support Line can provide you with a safe space to talk.
