My dad's terminal and was givin 2 weeks and was on front page of paper recently

I worry about my mum we recently lost my job granda to bile duct cancer too and I can't cope

I am sorry to read about the recent loss of your granda and the impact it is having on your family. Grief is a very personal journey and is different for everyone but many people tell us that talking about their feelings can be positive and allow them to start processing their thoughts and emotions.
