Our Helpline on 0800 090 2309 has always been free to call on landlines, but with the new UK Calling changes it's now free on mobiles too.
From 1 July 2015 all numbers starting 0800 or 0808 will become free for consumers to call from mobile phones, as they are from landlines.

This sounds like excellent news - personally I do not have a mobile phone, but I'm 'a dinosaur' and I think this will be a help to many people.
