I am just wanting help. I lost my grandma to COVID on Tuesday, I am really struggling

I am really sorry to read about the recent loss of your grandma. This is a safe space for you to talk and share how you are feeling and hopefully others will share their experience with you.
We have lots if information about grieving on our website and the Support Line is available for a listening ear and emotional support. Remember grief is very personal journey and no two people will experience it in the same way.
