Hi everyone. I'm Jess and I work in the Information and Support content team at Marie Curie.

We've created new videos about grief. They cover what grief feels like, what helps with grief, and how to support someone who’s grieving.

In the videos, four people share their own stories, showing that everyone handles grief in their own way.

• What does grief feel like?
• What helps with grief?
• How can I help someone who’s grieving?

They talk about feelings of anger, loneliness, pain and guilt, as well as physical symptoms of grief. They also share things that helped them, like support from family and friends, keeping busy and sharing positive memories of the person who died.
