hello i am biddy. i am pleased to join the coffee lounge i am a 64 year --- lady with three grown children two are nurses a son and a daughter, one son with great western railways ( he did not get a proper train set when he was little so it has come to this).

How do you like your coffee? On cold damp days today my vote goes to an indulgent hot chocolate complete with marshmallows and cream

Hello

It is such a relief to find a support group to ask 'can you help me please' ?. To keep it brief: Mum (83) Motor Neurone Disease, severly disabled. Discharged from hospital due to coronavirus, should be at home with me. Nursing home applied for DOLS. Mum deteriorating fast in hospital. Mum in receipt of Continuing Healthcare funding.
Mum in receipt of palliative care and dying. Best Interest Meeting -hospital - home + funding. 3 months waiting to return home from hospital. Desperate for mum to die at home and fast. Julie.
