    You are so kind. Thank you so much for the information. It is very interesting and I do believe that knowledge is power. I have just face timed my lovely mum and my heart is breaking to see her suffer so, it is the cruelty of the mental anguish and the expression in her eyes is utter despair.

    it is heartwarming to read that you have been able to facetime with your mum today but it sounds bittersweet. If you want to use this space to share your feelings please feel free to do so,but also be aware that the Support Line is open until 5 today if you want to talk things through.
