I lost my husband in August this year to Cancer of the oropharynx. I am learning to cope with the grief and how to put my mask on every day. i would like to help carers and patients if at all possible as my husband was ill for a year and a half, during which time I learned about his illness and how to cope with treatments, feeding difficulties, social services aid, etc. I would be glad to help anyone who is floundering.   I will probably be asking for advice myself on how to cope as I face new challenges on this journey.
