Just found out my mum has terminal lung cancer she will be the 4th parent to die of cancer I don't know how to face this again.

I am very sorry to read about your mum's diagnosis and of how you are struggling to face this again. Everyone reacts to news like this differently and there is no right or wrong reactions. The issue is also compounded by the fact that this situation; you may be experiencing a roller coaster of emotions that are very confusing including natural concerns about how you will manage. We are not trained Counselors but we will provide a listening ear.
