The news of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is very sad and for many members of the community it may have remind us of our own losses and bereavements, bringing those feelings back into focus. This can be a very a normal and natural reaction to have in times of national grief. For example, many of us feel a connection with to the Queen, due to the work she did for the country, and how much of her life was shared in the news. You may feel grief for her personally, or her death may remind you of your own loved ones, prompting an outpouring of grief for both.

We just wanted to reach out to say that the Community can be space for you all to share and reflect your thoughts and feelings. To remind you that the Support line is here to listen and offer emotional support if you need us. We have extended our opening hours this week : Our Support Line is open 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, 11am – 5pm on Saturday, and 10am – 2pm on Sunday
