Hello my gran has terminal cancer and has done a will. I am her power of attorney and she is leaving me her house. If I was to move in with her now so I can care for her when she needs it. Will I be able to remain in the house? My gran fears that I could end up homeless. Any idea how it works when you are left a property in a will?

will is a legally binding document (if completed correctly) that people write to explain what they want to happen to their assets and
