Hi

I am hoping someone can help. Having spent the last two days attempting to obtain travel insurance, dialling up companies who leave you on hold endlessly, navigating websites, completing medical screening questions only to get to the end press submit and experience website freeze or just simply to receive a message "cannot provide you with a quote at this time" I am at my wits end.

One representative simply stated at the end of questioning we cannot provide you with a quotation as your prognosis tells us you have less than six months to live "great" she obviously does not know me!!!

No doubt my condition and prognosis is caus ing some difficulty however I am simply looking for 7 night cover for a trip to Menorca.

Can anyone recommend an insurance company that will provide cover for a terminal illness and demonstrates a good level of customer care?
