    Our Support Line is open 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 11am – 5pm on Saturday. On bank holidays we're open 10am – 4pm.

    Christmas opening times

    Christmas Eve: 10am-4pm

    Christmas Day: 10am-2pm

    Sunday 26 December: Closed

    Bank Holiday Monday 27 December: 10am-4pm

    Bank Holiday Tuesday 28 December: 10am-4pm

    New Year's Eve: 10am-4pm

    New Year's Day: 10am-2pm

    Sunday 2 January: Closed

    Bank Holiday Monday 3 January: 10am-4pm

    Hi everybody we just wanted to post this here so everybody can see the hours in which the Support Line is open over the festive period. If anybody needs a safe space to talk then the team will be here to listen. We are aware that this can be a tough time of year and just want to say we are here to offer support. Take care
