    Hi Dan


    I am sorry to read about the recent and tragic death of your best mate. It is very normal to feel devastated. Can I ask do you have anybody providing you with emotional support and a listening ear? Many people tell us that talking can help them to process their thoughts and emotions. Whilst we are not qualified therapists we are here to listen and may be able to sign post you to further help and support.
