Hi Anne,
Hopefully somebody on the Community will be able to come back to you with suggestions. We do have some information here: https://www.mariecurie.org.uk/help/support/terminal-illness/manage-symptoms/weight-loss, which possibly could have an idea you havent tried.However it is mostly about poor appetite rather symptoms causing problems with digestion.
