Hi everyone. I am new to the group and am just looking for a bit of support and advice. I have just lost my gran recently to cancer, and I lost both my grandads a few months ago to cancer and a younger cousin as well to a heart condition. I would just like some advice on where to go for support as I am not sure what to do or where to go. I had never lost anyone in my family before and I have lost 4 people in the last 9 months so it has been a lot to take it. Any advice would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you x

The important thing to remember is that there is not right or wrong way to grieve, and to let yourself do so for as long as you need to.
