Did you know that May is National Walking Month?

If you feel able to why not step outside and go for a light stroll this month.

There are so many benefits to keeping active when you have a terminal illness. It may help reduce some of the symptoms of your illness or treatment. It can also help to improve your mood and quality of life. Read more about keeping active and exercising safely on our website here.

Prefer to have a printed copy? We've got you covered - order our booklet, Keeping active, here.

If you do decide to go for a walk this month, let us know how you found it below.
