I’m sorry to hear about your mum’s passing and how you are feeling. The death of someone close can be one of the hardest things anyone experiences. While we all grieve in our own way, the emotions it can bring can feel overwhelming and at times these feelings may be stronger than others. If you’d like to you can read more about grieving in your own way here -https://www.mariecurie.org.uk/help/support/bereaved-family-friends/dealing-grief/grieving-your-way
People often tell us that talking can be a way of starting to process these emotions. We hope that you will feel comfortable to use the community as a safe space to share your thoughts with us and others.
We are also available with a listening ear on our Freephone Support Line, 0800 090 2309.
