Here at Marie Curie we have spoken to many people who have become bereaved over the course of the pandemic and are very aware of the impact that this has had on family and friends. 

Researchers at Cardiff University Marie Curie Research Centre and the University of Bristol are conducting a survey which is looking at the grief experiences and support needs of people bereaved during the COVID-19 pandemic.And are looking to find people that can help them with this. Yea ive lost both my gran and my sister in law, and im struggling so much

Hi Missmygran,

I am sorry to read about the death of both your gran and your sister in law. When we lose more than one person in a short period of time it can make the grieving process a little more complex. Do you have anybody to talk too about how you are feeling? Would you like to share a little more with myself and the Community about how you feel you are struggling? Many people tell us that talking can help them to start to process their thoughts and feelings and maybe others on the Community can share with you little tips about how they have coped.
