    Hello everyone,

Catherine Millington-Sanders from the Royal College of GPs and Adrian Tookman, Medical Director at Marie Curie invite you to a preview of the first edit of a short film titled ‘What matters to you’.

The film aims to promote a new approach to Advance Care Planning (ACP) and end of life conversations. It has been produced by a coalition of charities including Marie Curie, health boards and community groups. We are keen to reach a wide audience beyond the medical and social care sectors and your experience and thoughts will help shape the final version.

The film will be shown during a Zoom meeting on Wednesday 4th November from 6:30-7:15pm.   You can also view the film in your own time here: https://vimeo.com/473418267

The meeting access details are below.  You may need to download the Zoom app to access the meeting.

Join Zoom from PC, Mac, iOS or Android:

    Meeting ID: 757 990 4778

    What if I can’t make 4th November?

You can watch the preview ahead of the meeting from 3rd November and 3 days after the preview meeting via this link:  https://vimeo.com/473418267

    Your feedback

We are keen to have your views and comments, no matter what your background and experience.

To share your views please contact laura.elliot@mariecurie.org.uk who will send you a short feedback form via email for you to complete and return by Monday 9th November.
