After the loss of a loved one, everyone finds different things helpful to do during their grieving process.

Following the tragic death of Broadway actor Nick Cordero, his wife Amanda Kloots has bravely opened up about her grieving process. One aspect of this involved finding a new interest for herself.

You can read more about this on our Talk About blog here: https://www.mariecurie.org.uk/blog/new-interests-while-grieving/278554

If you have any hints or tips that may have helped you that you can share for someone who is newly bereaved, please feel free to share here.

    Take care all

I always find that I turn to cooking when I need to be kept busy, I have used this as a coping tool both when somebody is at end of life and immediately afterwards. It can be helpful as I often distribute my end results to family and friends who are also bereaved - thus taking the burden of cooking away from them.
