If you have any questions you would like to ask, I’m not able to give medical advice but  

I will try my best to answer anything  clinical that may come through, and if I do not know the answer, I can signpost accordingly.

Thank you Jan, I'm sure that will be extremely helpful for anyone affected by terminal illness who may have questions and are not sure where to turn. 

When you're not taking calls on the Support Line, what other roles do you have?

I am a member of the Specialist Palliative Care Team, hospice based. I am also nurse support for our developing Wellbeing and Support Hub, including our wonderful Dementia Activity groups and the Comfort Café for all those affected by a life limiting illness, including patients, and their friends and family.
