The festive period can be a difficult time of the year when you have lost loved ones.

Hear from our Bereavement Support Service Coordinator, Jane, who talks about some of the things that may help: https://www.mariecurie.org.uk/talkabout/articles/the-practical-side-of-getting-through-your-first-christmas-without-a-loved-one/285497 .

If you feel comfortable to do so, please share any tips you have with coping at Christmas with others here on our Community.

We’re here for you with a listening ear in the lead up to, on the day, or anytime thereafter if you would like to talk.

However you decide to spend this Christmas, take some time to be kind to yourself.

    Best wishes,

    Marie Curie’s Online Community Team
