Bereavement Support Payment.
·People of working age (18-67 years old) who were married, in a civil partnership or lived with their partner when they died
**·Those who have helped a bereaved person to apply – maybe you are a family member, friend or a support worker
·To get an accurate representation of who DWP’s users are and what they’re trying to do
****·Understand what the user’s specific needs are
·Understand how to help users find the right information, understand the processes they have to go though and make those processes easy to complete
·Find out how services can we be more empathetic
·Listen to people who have applied for Bereavement Support Payment, as well as those that haven’t

**·Interviews will be done by telephone
·All research is completely voluntary
·We only collect a name and phone number or email address to set-up an interview, after which your contact details are deleted.
·Everything we document is anonymous and used to identify ways to improve and build new services for the wider public********
