Hi everyone,

Our Support Line Officers have understandably been receiving more and more calls around being able to visit a loved one and the guidance that surrounds it.

The guidance visiting someone at end of life in is a little different across all 4 nations and it is changing frequently, you can always find up to date information on our website or through GOV.UK.

yeah, it can be confusing… some of the rules on social distancing and advice on shielding have changed over the weekend.

I find it really hard to keep up with what is the right and wrong thing to do.

Some people are strict at following social distancing and some are not.
