Stress Awareness Month

If you’re living with a terminal illness, know someone who is, caring for someone or are bereaved you may feel stressed.

If you feel able to you may wish to try one of the following to help with stress:

  • Ensure you’re getting enough sleep
  • Step outside and spend some time in nature
  • Focus on your breathing
  • Practice mindfulness
  • Connect with someone (why not join a conversation on our community?)
