Hi Everyone,
We would like to tell you about a new post on the Marie Curie blog which highlights the experiences of people who have been bereaved. Dan, Tasneem, Ella, and Tina share their personal stories of loss and how they found support during an emotional time. These short videos offer a valuable insight into what they found useful and the things they did to try and manage after the death of someone close to them.
The videos can be found here https://www.mariecurie.org.uk/blog/new-films-grief/265703 and we hope you find them interesting, particularly if you have been bereaved yourself or are supporting someone who is struggling because of loss. Our thanks to Tina, Dan, Tasneem and Ella for sharing their own personal journeys with us. Tell us what you think – do their stories reflect your own experiences? Maybe you would like to share with us and others here on the community the things that you found useful (and not-so-useful) following the loss of a loved one?
If you would like to talk to us, the support line team are here to offer emotional support and you can call us on freephone 0800 090 2309 (our lines are open 8-6 Monday to Friday and 10-5 on Saturdays).
