I’m having a really tough experience at Marie Curie. Some of the staff have been quite unpleasant, and it’s hard to make complaints because its not just one person, so I don’t know where to start. I’ve also heard that some of the services available to us were not clearly communicated or were hidden.
How can I find out exactly what services we are entitled to?
