Late November 2015 I was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, what a shock!!
I used to smoke 16 years ago but my oncogist thinks it is more to do with a genetic mutation.
I have had an athletes fitness for the past 35 years, hardly drank and I have always done my own home cooking, healthy diet mainly Mediterranean.
