Hi all,

With another lockdown upon us I was wondering if people have any tips on staying connected? A very close friend has recently died and I am supporting her 4 adult children and her 15 year old through the process of adjustment.

Sometimes we do things naturally like talking out loud to photos or writing our thoughts in an email. I was looking at our resources to see if I could find anything that I thought would be helpful to share with them and found lots of interesting stories and blogs on our Talkabout pages. I particularly like some of the ideas here: [https://www.mariecurie.org.uk/blog/comforting-ways-to-stay-connected-with-someone-after-theyre-gone/282063](https://www.mariecurie.org.uk/blog/comforting-ways-to-stay-connected-with-someone-after-theyre-gone/282063)

But I wondered if it would be helpful for the Community to have a list of things that have helped us personally. Please feel free to share your thoughts and ideas with me here.
