# MND end of life care

My uncle has discharged himself against the hospitals wishes to die at home.. they have given us thickener but have told us he can’t be fed or give liquid and that we have to let him starve to death??? He knows this but wants water??? Can we give him this with the thickener??? The hospital won’t help us as he has discharged himself…please help
